He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Smith and Anna Smith; his son Shawn DeAnthony Smith; his granddaughter Zaharia Smith; and his brothers, Charles Jr. and Ralph Smith.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon Smith, Donel Smith, Evon Smith and Janet Baxter; and his stepchildren, Lakita Kane and Antoinette Strong. He is also survived by many aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Riverside Cemetery (2650 Lake Ave, Rochester, NY 14612).
