Amerigo Proia Obituary

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Amerigo may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emilio Proia and Rosa Proia; and his brother Paul Proia. He is survived by: his wife Linda Proia (Salzetta); his daughters, Catherine Accordo (Gaspare), Mary Ann Proia (Victor Tifone) and Lorena Proia (Jeff Turner); and his siblings, Liberta Milke (Fred) and Bernard Proia (Kathleen). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in his memory.
