She was predeceased by: her grandparents, James Kemp, Thomas and Marcella Caufield. She is survived by: her parents, Catie Moyer (Tim) and Jim Caufield; her brother Mark Caufield (Maria Martinez); her grandmother Karen Kemp; her niece Sofiya; and her stepsiblings, Eric, Faylin and Paige. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Leo M Bean and Sons Funeral Home (2771 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Pius Tenth Church (3000 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624).
