He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Donovan and Althea Donovan (Spangler); his sister Phyllis Wright (Lloyd); and his daughter-in-law Donna Donovan. He is survived by: his wife Grace; his children, Bill Donovan and Sue Gay (Tim); his grandchildren, Becky, Brian Gay, Brandon and Britney Donovan; and his siblings, Skip Donovan (Carol) and Sue Donovan Prince. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
