It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell F. Lowell (Riverhead, New York), born in East Moriches, New York, who passed away on May 2, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ethel Lowell and Elmer Lowell; his wife Joan (Penny); his daughters, Regina Goernemann (Gerard) and Cynthia Scheiblhofer (Steven); his grandchildren, Ryan and Elizabeth Goernemann; and his brothers, Robert of Center Moriches and John of Texas. He was also cherished by niece and nephews.
