He was predeceased by: his brother Brian Waggoner. He is survived by: his wife Joan Waggoner; his children, Lauren Jacobsen (Thomas) and John Waggoner; and his grandchildren, John Waggoner, Kinsley Jacobsen, Kennedy Jacobsen, Carter Jacobsen and Olivia Waggoner.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tuthill-Mangano Funeral Home (406 E Main St, Riverhead, NY 11901). A prayer was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Calverton National Cemetery (210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, NY 11933-1031). A burial was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at the same location.
