He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Faulkner and Beatrice Faulkner; his wife Edwina G. Faulkner; and his son Howard Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Marcia Zatulskis (Bill) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Melissa Baumbach (Andy) of Lansdale, PA and Barbara Balfoort (David) of Riverhead, NY; his grandchildren, Emily Anne Zatulskis, Rachel Balfoort and Johnathan Balfoort; and his brother-in-law Richard Grubb (Christine). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
