He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Bucholz (Hawkes) and Edward Bucholz; and his brother Greg Bucholz. He is survived by: his wife Adrienne (Hersey); his son Evan Amanda (Kyla); his granddaughters, Ruby, Joni, Alice and Nell; and his sister Karen Hebert (Jon).
