We are sad to announce that on January 28, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Audrey H. Hazzard (Riverhead, New York). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil and Lorraine. She is survived by: her husband Robert; her children, Rebecca Hazzard-Corwin (Brian), Helene Hazzard-Michalski (John) and Jared Hazzard; and her siblings, Jane Lewin and Emil Breitenbach (Diane). She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.

In Lieu of flowers, donation may be made in Memory of Audrey to East Ent Hospice.
