It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia A. Raeder of Ripley, New York, born in Queens, New York, who passed away on May 15, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph and Bernadette (Hough); her sons, Jerry and Chad Raeder; and her half-brother Jerry O'Brien.
