He was predeceased by: his parents, James Filutze and Josephine Pagano Filutze; and his siblings, Alphonso, Samuel, Pat, Vincent, Joseph Filutze, Roma Cirincione, Catherine Pirello, Anna Cusimano, Josephine Perazzo and Frances Triana.
He is survived by: his children, Jane M. Williams (Raymond) of Ripley, NY, James M. Filutze (Ada) of Ripley, NY, Jeffrey J. Filutze (Tammi) of Ripley, NY and Michele M. Silence of California; his sister Victoria Putnam of Erie; and his grandchildren, Patricia Lamison (Bill), Stacy Proctor (John), Ami Cook (Shawn) and Trevor Silence. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
All public safety guidelines pertaining to the COVID-19 pandemic will be strictly adhered to, including the mandate for the use of face masks and social distancing.
