He was predeceased by: his parents, I. David Bourquin and Lelya Brown Bourquin. He is survived by: his siblings, Laura Bourquin of Kalamazoo, MI, Kimberly Bourquin (Ken) of Westfield, Betsy Bourquin of Brocton, David Bourquin (Lori) of Jamestown and Westley Bourquin of Ripley. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
