Catherine L. Neer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine L. Neer of Rifton, New York, who passed away on December 19, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles L. North and Ruth K. North; her husband Wesley M. Neer; her brother Charles North, Jr.; and her stepsister Betty Tator.
She is survived by: her children, Joann Jones (David) and Wesley Neer, Jr. (Randall Lockhart); her grandchildren, Rachel Herring, Sarah Herring, Michael Jones (Patricia), Isaac Jones, Nathan Lockhart (Emily) and Jennifer Lockhart-Taylor (Adam); her great grandchildren, Justin Struber, Kimberly Herring, Bryce Short, Kenric Herring, Evan Felter, Savannah Felter, Shadow Jones, Cheyanne Jones, Daisy, Harper Lockhart and Jackson Taylor; her brother Curtis North (JoAnn); and her goddaughter Darlene Peterson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
