It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur J. Plichta (Rifton, New York), born in Flushing, New York, who passed away on July 2, 2018, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
