He is survived by: his wife Joneen Quinn; and his children, Coleen Marie Nugent, Kelly Anne Grammont, Erin Elizabeth Syid, Desiree Colon and Richard Ryan Quinn. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
