With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leila M. Connelly of Ridge, New York, born in Lodi, New York, who passed away on February 11, 2024 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Miller and Jessie Miller; her husband Joseph Connelly; her stepfather Hub Thomas; her son Gary Connelly; her grandchildren, Joseph, Joel, Joshua Rielly and Sherree Jennings; her brothers, Robert and Charles Miller (Dorothy); her niece Sharon Miller; her nephew Michael Miller; and her goddaughter Carmen Spickler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Suzanne Geiss (Richard), JoAnn Rielly, Cynthia Miller (Michael) and Patricia (late Gary Connelly); her goddaughter Doreen DeCrescenzo; her grandchildren, Dr. Kevin Geiss (Melissa), Jennifer Rielly (late Joseph), Michelle Erb (Richard), Terry Jennings (late Sherree), Jeremy Connelly, Jason Peluso (Valerie) and Justina Smith (Eric); her great grandchildren, Dr. Joseph Rielly, Brittni, Garry Parker, Lauren, Richard Erb, Nathaniel, Benjamin Geiss, Isabella Turriglio, Julia Rielly, Jeremy Connelly, Scott Chocki, Catherine Leila Jennings, Julian, Joshua, Lydia Peluso, Calen Smith and Jonah Parker; and her nephews, David and Dennis Miller.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Luke's on the Hill Church, 40 McBride Rd, and Make-A-Wish Foundation, in loving memory of Leila Connelly.
