With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Patrick Frawley of Ridge, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 27, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Joseph Patrick departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Joseph Patrick. Though Joseph Patrick may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frawley and Anna Frawley (Tubridy); his wife Margaret "Peggy"; his son Col. James J. Frawley; and his sister Evelyn Frawley O'Donohue.
He is survived by: his daughters, Colleen Noonan (James), Sheila Beaumont (Scott) and Patricia Wagner (Michael). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Branch Funeral Home of Miller Place (551 NY-25A, Miller Place, NY 11764). A Mass will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mark R. C. Church (105 Randall Rd, Shoreham, NY 11786). A burial will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Calverton National Cemetery (210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, NY 11933).
