He is survived by: his wife Joanna; his daughters, Mikayla and Colette; his mother Barbara Berkheiser (John); his stepmother Linda Pisani; his aunt Bambi Wilson (Charles); his uncle Tom Venezia; his siblings, David Warren (Lorraine), Jenine Silen (David), Catherine Finn (James), Paul Smith and Julia Smith; his nieces and nephews, Zachary, Charlotte, Alexander Warren, Avery, June Silen, Parker Klingbiel, Andrew, Neil, Paul Smith, Julian Platas, Thomas and Jack Spampinato; his parents-in-law, Bennie and Zofia Spampinato; and his siblings-in-law, Thomas and Jennifer Spampinato.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Mangano Family Funeral Home of Middle Island (640 Middle Country Rd, Middle Island, NY 11953). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Saint John the Baptist RC Church (1488 N Country Rd, Wading River, NY 11792). A burial will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at the Saint Ann's Cemetery (65 Foster Ave, Sayville, NY 11782).
