She was predeceased by: her parent Frank Chalupa; her husband Lloyd; her son Dale; and her grandson Samuel. She is survived by: her parent Virginia Lane Chalupa; her children, Catherine Reynolds (Bill) of Wolcott, Jacqueline Lockwood (Gary) of Wolcott and Gary "Doc" Richardson (Toni) of Texas; her grandchildren, Debbie Reynolds, Christi Luciano, Garrett Richardson, Jessica Johnson, Pamela Lockwood and Cassandra Salo; and her siblings, Mary Chalupa and Paul Chalupa. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the North Rose Fire Department or to North Rose United Methodist Church in her memory.
