He was predeceased by: his wife Valerie; and his sister Barbara. He is survived by: his children, Allen Dean, Brian, Jeffrey, Sheryl and Bret Hein (Shannon); and his siblings, Kathleen Nolte (Richard), Carol and Robert. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
