She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph H. Whiteley and Ada Whiteley (DeKiralyi); her husband James J. Amon; her daughter-in-law MaryLou Amon; and her sister Valerie Whiteley.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy McCarthy (Thomas), Daniel Amon, Susan Bennett (Scott) and Valerie Cooke; her sister Faith Mallia; her grandchildren, Heather, Sean (Andrea), Erin, Thomas (Michelle) and Scott; her great grandchildren, Elise, Ramona, Molly and Sebastian; her daughter Karen Fulling; and her caregiver Maggie Mayben. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
