He was predeceased by: his parents, Aldie Guay and Sadie Guay (Richardson). He is survived by: his children, Susan George (Howard), Thomas Eakin (Martha) of Lake Pleasant, NY and Larry Eakin (Dawn) of Warnerville, NY; and his brother Erwin Guay (Clara) of Queensbury, NY. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 9 great- grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
