He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Fortin and Alice Fortin (Jean Madden); and his sister Tina Meyers. He is survived by: his daughter Kayla Lee (Chuck) of Medusa; his grandsons, Charles Lee, Landen Croote, Wyatt Lee and Wesley Lee; his brothers, Robert Fortin of Cobleskill and Patrick Fortin of Virginia; and his close friend Gemma.
