He is survived by: his parent Rosina Bowen Hoffman; his significant other Carol Johnson; his stepchildren, Jackie Johnson (Ralph Hedman), Jeffrey Johnson (Ginny), Jillayne Burns (Jimmy), Joseph Johnson and Jamie Chase (Adam Strobeck); his daughters, Rhonda Hoffman and Brenda Wyckoff (Cecil); and his siblings, Raymond, Delores Ferguson and Shirley Darling. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
