It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Addie Evelyn Koch (Richmondville, New York), who passed away on August 17, 2019, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus J. Nellis and Melissa Winnie Nellis; and her sister Marion. She is survived by: her son Larry E. Hicks (Susan) of Fonda, NY.; and her granddaughter Kimberly S. Hicks of Fonda, NY.. She is also survived by Several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Ayers Memorial Animal Shelter, 133 Hilltop Rd., Sprakers, NY 12166.
