He was predeceased by: his parents, Herald Clyde and Evelyn Emily Bailey Frederick Sr.; and his brother Harold C. Frederick, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, William H. "Bill" Frederick (Joy) of Arville, PA. and Bonita A. Frederick of Essex, MD.; and his close friends, Steve and Bonnie Rowe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc. - Olean (646 E State St, Olean, NY 14760). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
