She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Hayes, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Susan Hayes; her stepgranddaughter Tracy Reynolds; her parents, J. Homer Glezen and Anna Magee Glezen; and her siblings, Audrey Anderson, Bruce and Homer Glezen.
She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Miller (Kevin), Patricia Worden (Kenneth) and David; her grandchildren, Paul, John (Danielle), Jenny, Brian Jr. (Sammi), Jeff Hayes (Milo), Cathy Aceves (Hugo), Laurie Maffett, Glenn Worden, Melissa Glezen, Kevin Holt (Micheal) and Robert Miller; her stepgrandchildren, Andrew and Amber Johnson; her great grandchildren, Cassie, Aaron, Jonathan, Katlynn, Milo, Andrew, Caleb Hayes, Dalton, Felipe, Hugo Aceves, Leih, Lindsey, Laynee, Dale Glezen, Emily, Ashley Holt, Derek West, Harper Spoonhower and Layla Blodgett; her great great grandchild Elizabeth; her niece Trudy Aleba; her close friends, Jim, Roberta Dunham and Sandy Brown; and her family, Jay, Tim, Anita, Gabby, Beth, Scott, Josh and Rob.
