He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Armstrong and Murle Armstrong (Curtis); and his siblings, Joseph and Mertie. He is survived by: his wife Heather Armstrong (Truesdail); his sons, Wallace "Wally" Armstrong Jr., James Armstrong and Zachary Armstrong; his grandchildren, Philip, Ariana, Kaley, Madyson, Leah and Gabriel; his great grandchild Kora; and his brothers, Wayne and Tony Armstrong. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
