He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Watkins and Genevieve Watkins (Charles); his sister Jeanette Watkins Laumer; and his wife Barbara Watkins (Tokash). He is survived by: his daughter Leanne Barry (Robert Jr.); his grandchildren, Nicole, Garrett, Sgt. Michaella Steinruck, Breanna and Connor Barry; his close friends, Hobbi, Luanne Beebe and Steve Gumaer; and also Jeanine Watkins-Steinruck (Brian Jones, Sr).
