He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter G. Sr. Dyn and Beatrice Cushman Dyn; his sister Nioga Rankins; and his granddaughter Carrie Lynn Forbes. He is survived by: his spouse Gailyn Ganzmann; his daughters, Pamela Dyn Gohde (August "Ziggy") of Schenevus, Shelley Dyn (Jeffrey Metot) of Little Falls, Deonna Fagan (Jay) of Jordanville and Trisha Dyn of Frankfort; his siblings, Kenneth Dyn (Dale) of Richfield Springs and Sabrina Bodak (Marc) of West Winfield; his grandchildren, Danielle, Kaitlyn LaGrange, Matthew Dyn, Jensen Grescheck (Zachary Gerken), Adrienne Forbes, Gabrielle Macan, Dakota Crim, Christian, Emma and Riley Gohde; and his great grandchildren, Levi Burrell, Ella and Liam Gohde. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
