He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd S. Carr-Perry and Cora L. Carr-Perry; his son Richard E. Perry, Jr.; and his siblings, Floyd Jr., Claude, Robert, Clyde Perry, Marjorie Van Dyke and Jean Edick.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Frances Bakhuizen (Fred) of Mount Vision and Barbara Leyard of Richfield Springs; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Bakhuizen, Christopher Bakhuizen and Benjamin Leyard; and his siblings, Shirley Pederson of Mohawk, Patricia Catlin of Waterville and Jesse Perry of Mount Vision. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousin as well as many friends.
