He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Duncan, and Shirley Slater Duncan, Sr.; his wife Joyce L. Brown; and his siblings, Steven, David, Jim Duncan and Terry Kilts.
He is survived by: his children, Dwayne Duncan (Jennifer Brown) of Richfield Springs and Joanie Duncan of Richfield Springs; his stepchildren, Jason Failing (Mindy) of Herkimer, Neil Failing of Herkimer and Lisa Alukonis of Mohawk; and his siblings, Frank Duncan, Jr. (Teena) of Roseboom and Dawn Covey of Ilion. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousin.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the J. Seaton McGrath Funeral Home (40 W James St, Richfield Springs, NY 13439). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
