Skinner of Richfield Springs, New York, born in Ilion, New York, who passed away on February 8, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clayton Skinner and Grace Skinner (Smith) of Richfield Springs; his wife Joan; his children, Jeff Skinner (Diana), Jody Beasock (Tim), Clinton, Brian Skinner Sebastian (Frank) and Shawn Maxson (Mark); and his great grandchildren, Eleanor, Anastasia Beasock, Jack, Clayton Peck, Anthony, Sabatino, Lydia Gurdo and Tate Maxson.
