With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cindy L. Roddy-Downing of Richfield Springs, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 24, 2024 at the age of 66. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy "Dot" Roddy (Barnett) and William Lynn "Lynn" Roddy; and her pets, Buck, Simba, Lady, Tramp, Otis, Odet, Callie, Milo, Tuck and Jane.
She is survived by: her husband Tim Downing; her cousins, Sheryl Philips and Don Manuel; and her stepdaughter Roxann Downing. She is also survived by numerous other family members, and her dear friends.
