He was predeceased by: his parents, Harmon Foster and Lena Conklin Foster; and his siblings, Glenita Stuck, Shermon Foster, Donald Foster, Harold Foster and Coralee Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Mavis M. Hitchcock; his grandchildren, Katie Rathbun (Coty), Darren Holland (Samantha), Shanon Steiner (Troy), Shawn Foster (Quishaunda), Rebecca Lewis (Danny), Dustin Foster and Daniel "Bubba" Foster (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Jackson, Bentley, Mackenzie, Brooklynn, Elizabeth, Graham, Carver, Camden, Ashlynn and Niayla; and his siblings, Harmon Foster, Jr. (Jean) of Gettysburg, PA and Barbara Ann Robbins of Corning.
