She was predeceased by: her parents, William Peck and Anna Wheaton Peck; her husband Lawrence Cook; her son Lawrence Cook Jr.; her son-in-law Ronald Rix; and her siblings, Horace, William, Virginia, Thelma, June and Joyce.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Cook Friendship (Marie), Candy Rix Buffalo, Kirby Cook Eldred (Joan) and Peggy Cook Little (Cheryl); her siblings, Betty Kelly and Eldyn Peck Clay (Betty); and her sister-in-law Sandy (Bill). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
