She is survived by: her son Steven Douglas; her husband Jim (Jim); her sister Linda Cole of Richburg; her grandchildren, Tracy Martorana (Andrew) of LeRoy, David James Dick (Kelli) of Cuba, Jason Frederick Dick (Cassondra) of West Clarksville and Jennifer Marie Dick (Mark Charrette) of Petersburg; her great grandchildren, Paige Webb of LeRoy, Cason and Treyson Dick of West Clarksville; her daughter-in-law Cindy Dick of Wellsville; her niece Carolyn Kellogg Jonas of Wellsville; her nephew Philip Kellogg of Ohio; and her great-niece Caitlin Jonas of Wellsville.
