It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara J. Chase (Richburg, New York), born in Wellsville, New York, who passed away on June 5, 2015, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Robert Thomas; and her sister Selinda Smith. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Nicholson Thomas; her husband James Chase; her children, Joseph Chase of Bolivar and Kelley Chase of Wellsville; and her siblings, Anne Nenno (Dave) of Sullivan Indiana and John Michael Thomas of Bolivar. She is also survived by three grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, cousins and a special friend.
