She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cardell and Gerda Cardell (Rosland). She is survived by: her children, Donald C. Heywood (Nancy) of Rhinebeck, Robert A. Heywood (Scott Kyreakakis) of Rhinebeck and Sharon H. DiBenedetto (Tony) of Stewartsville, NJ.; her grandchildren, Sarah Dawson (Connor), Rachel Bierbower (Jerrod) and Nicholas DiBenedetto; her great grandchildren, Sydney and Troy; her sister-in-law Phyllis Heywood; her nieces, Kerry Lynne Hoeft, Sandra Miller and Lori Heywood; and her caregiver Aretha Johnson.
