It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yves Joseph Chardavoine of Rhinebeck, New York, who passed away on January 6, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gerard J. Chardavoine and Carmel St. Julien Chardavoine; his wife Nicole Salerno Chardavoine; his children, Victoria Chardavoine of Rhinebeck, Alexandria Chardavoine of Rhinebeck, Andrew E. Chardavoine of Rhinebeck and Jonathan I. Chardavoine of Rhinebeck; his siblings, Marie G. Pierre-Louis of Red Hook and Jean Chardavoine of Rhinebeck; his mother-in-law Elida Salerno; his siblings-in-law, Margaret Blanchard (family: Maryse Salerno, Guilene Fils), Adeline Chardavoine, Jean Antoine Salerno (family: Raymond Dorcin) and Jacques Blanchard; his nieces and nephews, John and Jean Pierre Louis (family: Gilberg, Angelique Chardavoine); and his cousin Carole St. Julien (family: Armelle Lubin Maceus, Thomas Lubin, Marise Lubin, Martha Lubin, Delourdes Lubin, Alexandre Lubin). He was also cherished by family, Armelle Lubin Maceus and family, Thomas Lubin and family, Marise Lubin and family, Martha Lubin and family, Delourdes Lubin and family.

“Andy & family, I met your dad while you and my son Matthew were growing up. Each time he and I exchanged words were at a school event. He reminded me of myself, full of pride, watching our sons grow up, your dad's face always glowing with pride. One occasion was in 2nd grade, we were chaperones on a science field trip. Andy & Matt on opposite sides of a spider web. Your dad and I were both chuckling, saying these two boys will be friends forever. Forever feel your dad's love. Mr Fraczek”
