He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Storm and Bessie Baldwin Storm. He is survived by: his wife Bernice Becker; his children, Gary L. Storm (Joan) of Clinton Corners and Nancy L. Storm of Poughkeepsie; and his grandson Sean Fitzgerald of North Carolina. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
