He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanni Antolini and Rosina Antolini (Racasi); and his sister Lina Forni of Italy. He is survived by: his spouse Josee Pezzini of Silvia's Church; his daughter Carol (Chris) of Stamford, CT; his brothers, Sergio Antolini of Italy and Vincenzo; his sister-in-law Anna Antolini of Italy; and his sister Adele Grilli of Italy. He is also survived by many cousins and nieces and nephews.
