He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Jackie Webb. He is survived by: his former wife Margaret Webb; his wife Marge of Gallatin; his children, Thomas J. Gutierrez, Jr. (Melissa) of Copake and Jean Gutierrez (Billie Greene) of Richmond, VA.; his grandchildren, Alexander, Madison Gutierrez and Stefanie Iannone (Bill); his great grandchildren, Jackson and Sophia; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Webb, Thomas and Linda Moore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
