It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roger W. Heywood of Rhinebeck, New York, who passed away on February 7, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Heywood and Mary Heywood (Hamill); and his siblings, Edwin, Joseph, Harry Heywood, Clara Heywood and Marion Wery.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hobson; his daughters, Lori Ann Heywood of Rhinebeck and Sandra Lee Miller (Sean) of Clinton Corners; his sister-in-law Anne Heywood; his grandsons, Evan and Gavin DiMarco; and his nieces and nephews, Sharon DiBenedetto, Kerry Hoeft, Donald, Robert, Joseph, Edwin and James Heywood. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and friends.
