He is survived by: his wife Judith Anne Nussbaum (Bedell) of Rhinebeck; his sister-in-law Valerie Ann Ryan; his nieces, Marilyn Van Fleet (Matthew) and Alice Maestri (Aaron); his nephew Carl Nussbaum (Kathy); and his cousins, Joyce Nussbaum (Caliendo), Janice Nussbaum (Browning) and Cathy Nussbaum (Fabiano).
