He was predeceased by: his wife Jaqueline; his son Michael; and his sister Virginia Garvin. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Ketudat and William Olsen; and his children-in-law, Shirley Olsen and Tonytip Ketudat. He is also survived by three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
