With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rheta Southard formerly of Rhinebeck, New York, born in Fort Fairfield, Maine, who passed away on December 16, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold L. Robinson and Pearl E. Robinson (Trask); her husband Owen Southard; and her siblings, Henrietta and Robert Robinson (Rose Marie).
She is survived by: her daughters, Marilyn Southard Miller of Woodstock, CT and Nancy Southard (Troy); her grandchild Aliza Melley Madden (Nick) of Greenwich, CT; and her pets, Elliot, Lucy and Ambrose. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
