He is survived by: his daughters, Dr. Jacqueline Johnson Castagno and Jill Johnson Rendeiro; his significant other Dorothy Baran; his brother Eddie L. Johnson; and his grandchildren, Christopher Rendeiro, Autumn Rendeiro, Caroline Rendeiro Anna Castagno and Michael Castagno.
