It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy J. Mellott of Rhinebeck, New York, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on September 18, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul R. Mellott and Alice Mellott (Hovermill); and her siblings, Mary E. Deadmon and Paul R. Mellott. She is survived by : her sister Patricia Mellott Harwood (Neddy) of Maryland; her godchildren, Kristen Hobson, Courtney Reichelt and Meghan Betanzos; her nephews, Richard Mellott, Michael Mellott, Patrick Mellott, Christopher Harwood, Cory Harwood and Curtis Harwood; her niece Teri Cole; and her close friends, Betty, John Sturm and Rudy Marks.
