It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linval George Monfries of Rhinebeck, New York, born in Kingston, New York, who passed away on April 5, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Monfries and Dolores Monfries (Shaw); his wife Jeanette Munroe; his sister Norma; and his granddaughter Sydney.

He is survived by: his sons, Gregory (Christopher Mooney) and Wayne (Susan); his sister Claire Moody; and his granddaughter Caitlyn.
